XENIA hospitality management system | restaurant point of sale
The XENIA HMS (hospitality management system) is not just a restaurant point of sale system – XENIA HMS is the comprehensive total solution for your hospitality business.
What is XENIA's functionality...?
XENIA Touch
A key element of XENIA is the front office software "XENIA Touch", which is commonly used in the installations. The staff member is using the restaurant POS by a touch screen. Tables and their associated layouts for the sales areas are displayed graphically. The layout for item groups, items and functions are free definable.
Integration of the whole ORDERMAN® product range
In a lot of environments, the service areas are only accessible by long ways for the service staff. Therefore XENIA HMS has the interface to the mobile POS Orderman® product range embedded.
All orders will be taken at the table with the guest(s) and the order goes straight through to the production stations (bar, kitchen and so forth). Not only the workflow will be optimised – the service staff has also more time caring for the guest(s). The gained time can be converted into up-selling and faster table turns. This guarantees an increase in the turn-over as well as savings in staff costs.
This mobile restaurant POS system can be extended with a Bluetooth® belt printer and in the ORDERMAN® integrated swipe card reader optionally for bill printing and credit card clearing at the table.

Time and attendance
Every staff member can book own times with a transponder or magnetic swipe card. By having the minimum working hours and the wage rate in the staff's master data, the reporting facilities can create an analysis of time and attendance of staff members.
Furthermore allows our system to specify staff groups, such as Service, Kitchen and so forth. With those details is an analysis for the different company areas available.
Customer management with invoicing and open item list | debtor management
Whether business client or private function – XENIA can assign each and every bill to the relevant customer. This is the base for the analysis of customers' turn-over as well as invoicing e.g. after functions. There is a total control of unpaid invoices with the open item list, which also has the functionality of creating reminders.
The possibility of activating accounts for the customer's profiles allow pre-payment as well as post-payment systems or a combination of both including individual overdraft limits. This solution has been used in golf clubs, discotheques and canteens already.
Voucher management
Almost every business sells own vouchers today. In XENIA HMS will be the voucher sold or upgraded at any restaurant point of sale station by the service staff easily. Very important is the handling of the voucher as deposit. It only turns to the tax-relevant revenue when the guest is paying the bill with it.
An exact to the day report in XENIA HMS' BackOffice gives the consistent overview of the quantity and value of unredeemed vouchers.
Inventory management/ stock control with recipe breakdown
Controlling is very important for today's hospitality businesses. XENIA inventory management suits those needs perfectly. Starting with inventory by a mobile data processing unit and ending to automatic orders at your suppliers – all this is possible. You will always have control about your stock. With each and every inventory XENIA creates a variances report with the estimated and actual stock.
You will minimise the value of the inventory with XENIA inventory management and operate more efficiently.
